Therapy is offered virtually via a safe and secure tele-mental health platform.

A whole person-centered approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques to help you learn to intercept unhelpful thinking patterns, feel more grounded, and ultimately approach life’s stressors with greater ease and empowerment. I also tap into other therapeutic modalities as appropriate, as I firmly believe we need different things at different times.

1:1 COACHING & Consultation

Individualized coaching related to mental wellness, executive functioning skill building, support for parents/caregivers of children with learning differences/disabilities, and more.

Psychological Evaluations

We offer psychological and psycho-educational evaluations of school-age children - adults. This ranges from cognitive, academic, and social-emotional testing to executive functioning testing.
